Good looking window treatment does not have to be fancy. It doesn’t have to be expensive either. These blinds are made, believe it or not, of white paper. Durable paper, yes, but paper all the same. Do not expect it to last for generations to come, but for its price, it certainly does deliver both in terms of providing gentle shading and in giving your window of choice an elegant clean appearance.
